At Juniper Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces; if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer 30-day returns on all standard items. Please note that personalized or custom-tailored garments are eligible for exchange or store credit only to ensure the highest quality of service.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
